ibn18 Broadcast Ltd is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at “601, 6th floor, commercial tower, Hotel Le Meridian, Raisina Marg, New Delhi 110001”. By participating in the “Main bhi Kinng Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “this Contest”), you (i.e. “Contestant”) irrevocably agree and assure to the following User Agreement between yourself and ibn18 Broadcast Ltd.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This Contest shall commence from 12PM on 1st July, 2008, and shall close at 12midnight on July 29th, 2008 (both days included);
  2. This contest is open only to Indian citizens who are residents of India and are eighteen (18) years of age or above. In the event that a minor below the age of 18 years participates and wins this Contest he/she shall not be entitled to the prize;
  3. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information in respect of his/her identity, contact details, age and complete postal/correspondence address;
  4. The Contestant can participate in the contest by logging on to www.in.com, or ways and means communicated on CNN-IBN, IBN7, IBN-Lokmat, CNBC-TV18, CNBC-Awaaz or IN.com.
  5. Contestants can submit as many entries as they wish to either by logging on to www.in.com or, thru ways and means communicated on CNN-IBN, IBN7, IBN-Lokmat, CNBC-TV18, CNBC-Awaaz or IN.com.
  6. Akshay Kumar & Katrina Kaif along with a jury would announce the winner of this Contest on the website www.kinng.in.com and on CNN-IBN, IBN7, IBN-Lokmat, CNBC-TV18, CNBC-Awaaz or IN.com. The Winner shall also be intimated at his/her correspondence address as available with www.kinng.in.com or e-mailed to us on kinng@in.com. Decision of the management of ibn18 Broadcast Ltd will be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained;
  7. This prize is neither transferable, nor is it encashable.
  8. The prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, cesses and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne solely by the winner and paid for by the winner. The prize would be delivered/ handed over to the winner only after proper identification, verification and also after providing proof of payment of all applicable taxes and cesses;
  9. In order to avoid fraudulent delivery, identification proof would be provided by the winner. In case of incomplete identification, the prize will not be dispatched or handed over to the winner;
  10. ibn18 Broadcast Ltd shall not be responsible for the quality, deficiency of any product/service, in any manner whatsoever;
  11. The Contestant expressly agrees that ibn18 Broadcast Ltd will have the right to reproduce all the entries on all formats, media and mediums including but not limited to television internet, mobile, print etc. and  ibn18 Broadcast Ltd would give due credit to the Contestant;
  12. The winners might be required to travel as a part the contest process; refusal to do this will lead to termination of participation;
  13. ibn18 Broadcast Ltd will not be responsible for any incomplete entries, or entries that cannot be deciphered, or loss of entries in transit;
  14. ibn18 Broadcast Ltd will not be responsible for loss of the prize in transit, or once they are handed over to the winner;
  15. If the winner does not collect the prize (if any) before December 31st, 2008, the prize shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse;
  16. Employees of ibn18 Broadcast Ltd, other agencies and suppliers involved with this Contest and their relatives shall not be entitled to participate in any manner;
  17. All rights, claims, title and interest in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with ibn18 Broadcast Ltd at all times;
  18. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only;
  19. ibn18 Broadcast Ltd reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full or change all or any part of terms and conditions that are applicable, with out giving prior intimation of any kind and shall not be liable for any consequential losses/damages;
  20. Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by ibn18 Broadcast Ltd to conduct further or other schemes.
